The U.S. Army Space and Strategic Defense Command intends to negotiate with Coleman Research Corporation (CRC), 201 South Orange Avenue, Suite 1300, Orlando, FL 32801 for continued support under an existing contract for independent evaluation and verification of the prime Arrow contractor's guidance and control system design; modeling missile subsystem components to show impact on overall system performance, preflight test performance predictions; post flight test performance analyses of flight tests. CRC has been involved in the Arrow program since its inception and is the only known source with the required thorough background in interceptor configuration evaluation and analysis that is necessary to perform this effort.
