The Fitness Center consists of a pool area gear issue basketball courts, racquetball courts, exercise rooms, locker rooms and office areas. The Fitness Center is a one story wood frame structure that is approximately 96,000 square feet. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
