This work includes provisions of necessary labor, supplies, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace (23) integrated type packaged terminal air condition units, (hotel/motel) type located on (2) levels of Building 2681. Replace the cabinet wall/sleeve and install a new stamped heavy gauge aluminum horizontal louver. Install weatherproof seal. All condensate driven rain shall be collected in the evaporator pan for a weatherproof/rain tight installation. Install an automatic bleeder in the existing hot water piping at each unit. Install a drain for the bleeder to drain to the evaporator pan and incidental related work at the Crane Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1711. The related Small Business size standard is 7.0 million. Completion time is 60 days after award. Estimated value is under $100,000.00.
