Officer, Mary O'Brien Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego,
requires the participation of just-in-time vendors who offer an
electronic order entry catalog system of commercial items for sale to
the Government and/or general public in the ordinary course of
business. The contractor will be responsible for providing commodity
groups to include, but not limited to: office supplies, tools,
hardware, restaurant supplies, janitorial supplies, and protective
clothing. Contractor shall have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
capabilities for ordering and invoicing. All items shall be delivered
next day, pierside/deskside, directly to the end user. End users who
will place orders against this contract may be located in, but not
limited to: San Diego County, CA; El Toro, CA; Yuma, AZ; Point Mugu,
CA; China Lake, CA; and Ingleside, TX. Oral presentations will be
required from all offerors. The firm fixed price contract will be for
