Contractor to provide one Video Colonoscope to include the following: Model CF-140L, with 12.9mm insertion tube, 3.7mm channel diameter, includes standard accessories and carrying case. Contractor shall also provide Trade-IN of two (2) Colonoscopes, Model CF10L and Model CFP10L two (2) operator manuals, one (1) service manual, one (1) schematics, and one (1) parts list and ordering information. System shall be brand name or equal to the equipment supplied by Olympus America Inc., 2080 Springer Drive, Lombard, IL 60148.
