Naval Air Systems Command anticipates placing this requirement under contract N00019-95-C-0038 with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516. McDonnell Douglas Aerospace is the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the Harpoon Weapon Station training and the only known firm with the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, facilities, and experience to perform the effort in the required timeframe.
