Officer Remodeling and renovation of approximately 15,000 SF of
existing interior building space, construction involving architectural,
mechanical and electrical modifications. The project includes, but is
not limited to, the folloring works. ARCHITECTURAL 1. Demolition of
wall partitions, raised flooring, acoustical ceiling system, ACM
fireproofing overspray and ACM floor tile. 2. Installation of new GWB
wall partitions, demountable partitions, sound absorbing wall panels,
raised flooring, guardrails, acoustical ceiling system, kitchen
cabinetry, floor and wall tile, metal doors, and architectural
finishes. ELECTRICAL 1. Demolition of branch circuit panelborards,
distribution panels, disconnects, light fixtures, receptacles, PA
speakers, telephone outlets, feeders, raceways, cables and cable trays.
2. Installation of branch circuit panelboards, distribution panels,
automatic transfer switches, fluorescent light fixtures, dimming
system, PA speakers and wire, receptacles, telephone outlets, raceways
and feeders. 3. Additional electrical work includes termination of
feeders and branch circuits for HVAC equipment, relocation of
operational equipment requiring electrical power, and installation of
computer room type grounding system. MECHANICAL 1. Demolition of AHU
units, HVAC piping, HVAC ductwork, fire alarm detection system,
sanitary lines, and domestic water service. 2. Installation of new AHU
units, exhaust fans, HVAC piping, HVAC ductwork,HVAC direct digital
controls, leak detection system, sanitary lines, and domestic water
service. 3. Additional mechanical work includes design and installation
of fire detection system, Automatic On/Off Fire Sprinkler System, and
balancing, adjusting, and testing of HVAC systems. Estimated Price
Range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.This procurement is open to

short-term working capital and bonding assistance for
transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible
prime or subcontract at aany tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program
enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond
amount to surety against losses. Loans are also available under the DOT
Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
