Proposed project consists of furnishing all plant, labor, material, supplies, equipment and services required to upgrade Base drainage system at Indiana Air National Guard Base at Fort Wayne International Airport, Fort Wayne, Indiana. The SIC Code is 1629 and size standard is a concern, including it's affiliates, having average annual gross revenues for its preceding three (3) fiscal years not in excess of $17M. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued o/a 11 October 1996 and opened 10 November 1996.
