Officer, 717-878-4790. This project is for the provision of contractor
services to survey, evaluate and analyze engineer, design, develop,
acquire and furnish materials, install, implement, perform quality
assurance, integrate equipment/systems, provide initial logistical
support and provide initial user training for supported
systems/equipment. The equipment/systems the contractor shall support
will include unclassified, classified and Sensitive Compartmented
Information (SCI) voice, audio, radio, satellite, data, imagery,
intelligence and video. Contractor will also be required to EF&I
cryptographic equipment, T1-T3 multiplex equipment, Local Area Network
(LAN) transmission paths, fiber optic equipment, fiber optics,
building cables, outside plant cables, sub-level multiplex equipment,
modems and other related communications equipment. A fixed-price
services and supply contract, base year plus four option years,
Not-To-Exceed $30 Million Dollars is contemplated. The solicitation
package is unclassified; however, contractors must have a TOP SECRET
facility clearance and all contractor employees must be United States
Citizens and the Program Manager, Task Leader, Senior Systems Engineer,
Systems Engineer, Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst II, Engineering
Technician VI, Engineering Technician V, Electronics Technician III,
Electronics Technician II, and Electronics Technician I must possess a
personnel clearance of TOP SECRET based on a Single Scope Background
Investigation completed within the last five years, at time of contract
award. (Other contractor employees-Draftsman and Secretary must possess
at least a SECRET clearance based on a Single Scope Background
Investigation completed within the last five years, at time of contract
award.) All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be
considered by the agency. All requests for the solicitation package

request must contain your facility clearance level, cage code and
