This solicitation seeks proposals to identify renewable energy trade opportunities in Bulgaria. This effort will include the following: market assessment, project identification/development, financing sources identification, and a reverse trade mission that involves bringing key Bulgarian officials to the U.S. Field experience is critical to the successful execution of this effort.
