ARMY SMALL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES CONFERENCE AND FAIR, NOVEMBER 13-14, 1996 Springfield, Virginia. In recognition of the vital role of small business, we are sponsoring a Conference on ``Army Small Business Opportunities in the Acquisition Reform Era''. Army leaders who will address the Conference include The Honorable Gilbert F. Decker, Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research, Development and Acquisition and Army Acquisition Executive, General Johnnie E. Wilson, Commanding General, US Army Materiel Command (AMC) and Ms. Tracey L. Pinson, Director, Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization Office, Department of the Army. A unique feature of the conference will be the participation of the commanders and selected staff of each of AMC's major subordinate commands and the Defense Supply Service - Washington. The business opportunities Fair, a major part of the conference, will include discussions of future opportunities for small businesses in each command, and breakout sessions on items of special interest.
