The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting offers to perform mystery shopping services at USPS locations within the states of California and Hawaii to obtain independent evaluation of services provided. Three phases of shopping are required. Approximately 1,140 locations to be shopped during each phase. The first phase shall begin 1/10/97-2/10/97; second phase to be from 4/9/97-5/9/97; and the third phase to be from 7/24/97-8/24/97.
