System must be rated for air flows of up to 150 cubic feet per minute at a vacuum of 4 inches of mercury. Unit must have a thermal oxidizer destruction rate efficiency (DRE) of 99.9 % and a catalytic oxidizer DRE of 97 %. System model and make must have been permited within the local San Diego Air Pollution Control District within the last two years. System must be mounted on a heavy duty double axle trailer equipped with tow package. Contractor is to provide with the specification request a Operation and Maintenance Manual.
