The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD has a requirement for 237 assemblies part number 351-36078-001 for the ACLS Light Panels (left), each assembly includes: 11 legend annunciator, cap, and filters, and 237 assemblies part number 351-36079-001 for the ACLS Light Panel (right), each assembly includes: 5 annunciator, cap, and filters. These assemblies are to be integrated/installed in the Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) upgrade to the F-14 aircraft. Quantities may be awarded as options. The light panel assemblies shall be delivered to NAWCAD Patuxent River, MD 18 weeks after contract award. The original manufacturer is Eaton Corporation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Therefore, this acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Eaton Corporation, Aerospace Controls Division, 1640 Monrovia Avenue, Costa Mesa, CA 92627.
