System #42488510: Mechanical Pump: Oil free scroll design, free air
displacement of 21 CFM minimum. Gauge Controller: Two thermocouple and
one ionization gauge. Spool Piece: Turbo inlet spool to fit turbo pump
inlet, IS 100 with ports to mount gauge tubes and adapter that will
reduce the inlet to accommodate NW-40 hand valve. Flexible Coupling:
Stainless steel flexible hose 48'' long. System Specifications: Must be
caster mounted with lockable casters, have single switch operation
(single switch starting of turbo pump and scroll pump) cart should be
of open design to permit easy access to all interior components.
Combination of turbo pump and scroll pump must be oil free. The system
should be fully assembled and tested or the services of a qualified
engineer shall be provided to assemble or test the system at the final
destination. Delivery to Cleveland, Ohio 44135. All responsible

combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
additional information included in this notice. This announcement
constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a
written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal
Acquisition Circular 90-37. The Standard Industrial Classification
(SIC) Code for this acquisition is 3443. The Small Business Size
Standard is 500 employees . This procurement is being conducted under
the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal
Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA). The following provisions apply to
this acquisition: 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors - Commercial;
52.212-4 - Contract Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5, Contract Terms
and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -
Commercial Items. Offerors must include a completed copy of the
provision 52.212-3 - Offeror Representations and Certifications -
Commercial Items with their offer. All documents related to this
