Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Thoses individuals having the capability to provide this service shall give written notification to the contracting office listed in this notice (including phone number and point of contact). Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Buffalo, New York area. Estimated number of mandays are 23,040 (21,580 male and 1,460 females) for the base period, and 11,520 mandays (10,790 male and 730 female) for option years 1, 2, and 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 10/02/96. Estimated closing date is o/a 11/15/96. Contract base period is two years with three one-year options to renew.
