It is the intent of the government to modify an existing contract with First Service Air Condit Cont Inc., 3009 Garden City Highway, Midland, Texas 79701. The government intends to negotiate on a a sole source basis with First Service because the equipment to be added will interface with existing equipment under contract and it is not feasible to split between contractors.
