Description of content: This Technical Standard relates to Customer Equipment (CE). It defines the technical conditions and performance requirements for interfacing and non-interference interworking that privately owned, installed and maintained CE will meet for connection to a telecommunications service having hierarchical digital interfaces at 2048 kbit/s, 8448 kbit/s, 34 368 kbit/s, 139 254 kbit/s, 1544 kbit/s, 8312 kbit/s or 44 736 kbit/s. 7.
