The work consists of mowing, cleaning, and maintenance services. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Management Plan, (B) Experience, (C) Equipment, and (D) Cost. Contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determind to be the most advantageous to the Government all factors considered.
