70 Each, Max Qty: 346 Each. A five year firm fixed price indefinite
delivery indefinite quantity contract is contemplated. The first year
order quantity, 70 each, will be FOB destination to Texarkana, Texas.
Delivery with First Article Testing will be 10 each by 330 days after
award and subsequent monthly deliveries of 30 each. Delivery without
First Article Testing will be 10 each by 240 days after award and
subsequent monthly deliveries of 30 each. All offerors must met
prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms
are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for this or
future solicitations by submitting documentation in accordance with the
Competition Advocates Shopping List (CASL) procedures. Only approved
sources who have successfully completed the required engineering
test(s) will be considered for award of this flight safety part. The
only approved tested sources are Allied Signal Engines and Twigg
