is 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). This proposed contract action is for
supplies which cannot be procured through full and open competition
because the authority cited states only one responsible source an no
other supplies will satisfy agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1. This
requirement is for supplies for which the Government does not have
specifications and drawings, it is restricted to the following approved
source: Bell Helicopter Textron, Incorporated, 600 East Hurst Blvd.,
Fort Worth, Texas 76101. Firms that recognize and can produce the
required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves to
the Contracting Officer and provide supporting evidence which will
permit their participation in the current or future requirements. All
responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal. This
requirement is anticipated to be awarded by Delivery Order against and
