Manley, Phone (703)604-2119 The Government intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0002 with Texas Instruments, Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 660246, M/S 3137, Dallas, TX 75266-0246. This order will procure Single Aperture Antennae, Shutters for the HARM program. TI is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system, and the only firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
