Building, Modular, size: 24' X 60' per Marine Corps sketch to be furnished as follows: color inside and outside to be off-white. Floor tile throughout bldg. to be dark gray. Windows to be sliding design XOX double pane. Lighting shall be T-8 fluorescent with high-efficiency solid state ballast equipped with motion detectors to shut off lighting when not occupied. Lighting intensity not to exceed 15 footcandles. Electrical outlets to be installed per normal regulations and materials and bldg. shall be IAW Life Safety Code #101 NFPA & NFPA 80A Tables 2-2-4 (a) & (b) 2-3 & 2-4, IAW Uniform Building Code. All doors to be installed as per sketch-36'' minimum for handicapped. Air conditioning and heating to be electric heat pump installed by vendor and have a minimum SEER of 10. Toilets: 3 EA in the men's room, 1 EA in women's with dividers and doors and to include handicapped as per sketch. Urinals: 3 EA with dividers. Sinks: 2 large wash basins in men's room, 1 EA sink in women's room. Water heater: electric, hot on demand 52 gallon capacity located in men's dressing room. Roof to be shingled with light gray shingles. Bldg. to to be Class C fire rated. Sprinklers not required. Tow hitch is required. Tie downs are reqired per uniform building code and installed by vendor. Skirting to be installed by seller. Insulation in the ceiling to be R-30, walls to be R-19. Outside doors are 36'' and open outward. Restrooms shall be built IAW the American Disability Act of 1990. Outside of bldg. to be wood siding. Government to provide handicap access ramp and phone jacks. To be delivered and erected on a pre-existing concrete slab at the Marine Corps Logistics Base, Barstow, CA. All quotes shall be based upon information contained in this synopsis and shall state FOB destination prices, delivery dates and payment terms.
