The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Director for Program Analysis and Evaluation (OD(PA&E)),, intends to acquire services to support the continued maintenance and development of U.S. conventional forces databases, decision support systems, computational tools, and models for planning, evaluating and comparing U.S. conventional forces including equipment worldwide, on a country and regional basis, as well as the computer systems and facility support needed to accomplish these goals. This solicitation will be a 50% Small Business Set Aside.
