The base period is on or about 1 January 1997 through 31 December 1997 and includes a two one (1) year option periods. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING ISSUED AS A 100 PERCENT SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. THE STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION NUMBER IS 7699 AND THE BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $5 MILLION.
