SOL DECA01-96-R-0045 DUE 110196 POC Contract Specialist Pauline Smith (804) 734-8652 (Site Code DECA01) Contractor shall furnish Scheduled Preventive Maintenance and Unscheduled Maintenance/Repairs (to include parts, tools, material, transportation and all other necessary items/services) on Government owned Miscellaneous Food Processing Equipment for various Defense Commissary Agency commissaries located within the Southern Region, in accordance with Government's Statement of Work. The base period is on or about 1 December 1996 through 30 November 1997 and includes four one (1) year option periods. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING ISSUED AS A 100 PERCENT SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. THE STANDARD INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION NUMBER IS 7699 AND THE BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD IS $5 MILLION.
