G -- RESIDENTIAL COMPREHENSIVE SANCTION CENTER SERVICES SOL RFP 200-352-NC DUE 100196 POC Crystal D. Clayton, Contract Specialist, 202-307-3069. Concerns having the ability for providing residential comprehensive sanction center services for male and female federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence anf medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of Line Items 1 and 2 shall be in the Sioux Falls, South Dakota area. Line Item 1 will include Comprehensive Sanction Center services in accordance with the Statement of Work, excluding Chapter 22. The estimated total number of mandays for Line Item 1 is 21,900 mandays for the base period and 10,950 mandays for each three option years. Line Item 2 will be used in accordance with the Statement of Work addressing Chapter 22 exclusively. Estimated RFP issue date is o/a October 3, 1996, estimated closing date is o/a December 5, 1996. Contract base period is 24 months with three one-year options to renew. A requirements contract is anticipated. Line Item will be awarded; however, the Government reserves the right choose whether Line Item 2 will be awarded.
