This action is sole source to Phototelesis, Division of Texas Instruments, San Antonio, Texas. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3663. The requirement is for: Item 0001 - 2 each Advanced Communications Terminals, Model Number ACT105 which includes cable part number CA6014-10, Cable ACT to KY-58 Interphone; Item 0002 - 3 each Tactical Color Image Transceivers, Model Number TAC103. These items are the last of the type available and must be compatible with the present configuration. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The shipping terms will be F.O.B. destination, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane IN, with inspection/acceptance at destination. Delivery will be required 4 weeks after contract award.
