Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies and equipment required to repair pavement at Vandenberg AFB CA. The scope of this contract includes applying asphalt, concrete and replacing gutters and culverys to existing roads. The total performance period for this contract is one base year plus two option years. The guaranteed minimum amount of work to be ordered under this contract is $300,000.00 for the base year. A bid bond is required in the amount of 20 percent of the guaranteed minimum amount for the base year. The standard industrial classification code is 1611. This acquisition is being processed under the SBA 8(a) program. All responsible 8(a) certified contractor may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Only written requests for bid sets will be accepted. Firms must submit a copy of their 8(a) certification letter or other evidence of 8(a) certification with the request for the IFB.
