R -- SPONSORSHIP/DONATIONS FOR ELMENDORF FITNESS CENTER ANNUAL TURKEY SHOOT RACQUETBALL TOURNAMENT SOL SVS-SCS-84-96. Due 110196. POC Tracy Barbour, 907/552-5900, FAX 907/552-9250. We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Fitness Center's Annual Turkey Shoot Racquetball Tournament scheduled tentatively 15-18 November 1996 at the base gym. This tournament is well established with the community and we expect good participation. The tournament consists of men's, women's and junior divisions. The tournament will be four days with an awards banquet at the conclusion. We are asking for sponsorship of 100 T-shirts (with logo), food and beverages, turkeys (awards) and door prizes. The total cost is approximately $3,000.00 for this event. We will accept all or part as sponsorship for this event. All offers will be considered. More than on sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 November 1996. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a non-appropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government.
