The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC) intends to solicit competitively under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, approximately 7,000 sq. ft of specifically designed modular office trailers, delivered to Range C72, set up and anchored according to Florida code. This requirement will consist of four each 28' x 60' double-wide trailers, one each 12' x 60' single-wide trailer, and one 12' x 40' bathroom trailer. Each trailer will be equipped with heating/air-conditioning, 100 amp electrical, gypsum wall board, vinyl floor tile, emergency lights, exit lights, door locks, windows, and 8' ceilings.
