V -- EMERGENCY RELOCATION SERVICES FOR TENANTS OF MULTIFAMILY PROPERTIES. POC Mr. Michael Mee, Contract Specialist, (303) 672-5281. The Department of Housing and Urban Dvelopment in Denver, Colorado, is seeking sources of firms that have performed relocation services on multifamily properties. There currently is no pending solicitation. Relocation will only be performed on HUD properties that fail the Housing Quality Standards inspection and are determined, by the magnitude of the failure, that the tenants are in danger. The Contractor shall assist in the location of units that meet the needs of the tenant and inspection of the new units to ensure that they comply with the HUD guidelines. All firms with experience in the area of relocation are encouraged to submit a brief narrative describing the relocation(s). Please submit your material to Mr. Michael J.
