solicitation is to establish a contractual relationship with a private
entity or entities to provide Microsoft Exchange software package
training and support. The House of Representatives plans to deploy
Microsoft Exchange in all House of Representative Member offices in the
fall of 1996. The RFP requests information on the design and delivery
of an instructional program tailored to fit with the House's plans.
Information requested includes instructor delivered classroom training,
computer-based training options, hardware and software support, and
technical and administrative support. The contract term is one year,
with the option to renew for a second year. The requirements include
recommending the best methods, based upon cost-benefit assessment, of
instructional delivery. No telephone requests for an RFP package will
