It is the intention of this solicitation to obtain services for refuse/waste collection and disposal by means of a combination Firm-Fixed-Price and Indefinite Quantity contract for the Naval Training Center Complex 3, Great Lakes, area coordinates (Great Lakes, Fort Sheridan and Glenview Naval Air Station), Illinois. The Contractor shall furnish all management, supervisions, personnel, transportation, equipment, labor, tools, supplies and quality control to perform all contract requirements stated herein. This solicitation contains options to extend, and if found to be in the Government's best interest, the options may be exercised without further notice. the total contract term will not exceed 60 months.
