Contracting Officer, (703) 325-6684. The Defense Special Weapons Agency

plasma radiation sources on generators which have pulsewidths longer
than 300 ns. This technology will be needed for a new generation of
simulators with electrical pulses of up to a microsecond or more to
fill future needs. In order to develop plasma radiation sources for
machines with longer pulselengths it is necessary to develop the
understanding of hydrodynamic implosion stability and methods of
enhancing stability and fidelity. Effort to be 36 months. Solicitation
