The above listed Metric Keenserts will be used in various packages of the Space Station Fluid Combustion Facility project. Keenserts are used in connections between aluminum parts and other parts through high strength fasteners. These Keenserts must be self locking type, made from A-286 CRES steel per AMS5737 or AMS5732 material and shall meet all the specifications and requirements listed for the respective part numbers. Also the Keenserts shall be coated with Molybdenum Di-Sulphide dryfilm lubrication. All certificate of conformance requirements must be met. Quotes not meeting 100% of all of the above listed specifications will not be considered. Delivery to Cleveland, Ohio 44135. Delivery schedule is 20-30 calendar days afater contract award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT) portion of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA).
