Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the Village of Trumansburg, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by Route 96; on the east by the Village limit; on the south by Route 96; and on the west by the Village limit. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 4,600 sf with 34 parking spaces or, for a new construction leased facility, about 4,600 sf on a site size of about 72,000 sf, with the same parking as above. The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options for new construction and ten years with four five-year options for existing or renovated space.
