Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the Hamlet of Pine City or Town of Southport, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by Pine City Road aka Pennsylvania Ave; on the east by Mountain View Rd; on the south by Pine City Road aka Pennsylvania Ave; and on the west by the intersection of Pine City Road aka Pennsylvania Ave. and Rte. 328. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 3,500 sf with 30 parking spaces or, for a new construction leased facility, about 3,500 sf on a site size of about 45,000 sf, with the same parking as above. The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options for new construction and ten years with four five-year options for existing or renovated space.
