The duplicator must have an optional powder spray device and ability to operate as a perfecting duplicator. The NRC intends to award this requirement under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (not to exceed the simplifed acquisition limit of $100K). Quotations submitted for this requirement are to be solicited from small business concerns only. Any acquisition resulting from this solicitation will be with a small business. The size standard for this solicitation is 500 employees, as set forth under Standard Industrial Code 3559. Upon request of the RFQ, the Statement of Work will be furnished at that time.
