Justification authority is FAR 6.302-1. The proposed contract will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type, consisting of five (5) one-year ordering periods. The government does not possess a Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) or other technical data necessary to perform the repair/overhaul effort. This procurement requires pre-qualification in order for a potential offeror to be considered eligible for award.
