Maintenance of Halon 1301 Fire Suppression Stystem, Building 352 at
Naval Station, Pearl Harbor, Makalapa, Oahu, Hawaii. The Contractor
shall provide all the labor, transportation, equipment, materials,
tools, supplies, and supervision required to provide preventive
maintenance on the fire suppression system in order that it be kept in
a continous, efficient and safe operating condition. SIC Code 7699
applies. This will be a firm fixed-price/indefinite quantity contract.
The total term of the contract will be a 12 month base period plus
four option years. If the Government does not award a follow-on
contract in time, the Government may require the Contractor to continue
performance for a period up to six months beyond the 60 months. In
either case, the Government will not synopize the options when
excercised. This contract will replace a contract for similiar services
awarded in 1992 for $37,660 (Firm Fixed-Price) per year. We will
include information about the current contract and the incumbent
contractor (e.g., value of last option excercised, firm name, address,
etc.) with the solicitation package. We do not require requests under
the Freedom of Information Act to provide this general information.

listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. Offers from
