This system and any upgrades are proprietary to the manufacturer (General Signal Networks) who hasimposed restrictions against the use of components and service from other sources. Other offerors that have the ability to provide the above upgrade service are invited to submit information as to their capabilities and any other pertinent data, to be received no later than 15 days after the date of this notice.
