All responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the date of this CBD notice. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests for a solicitation will be considered nonresponsive. All responses from responsible sources submitting the required information will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. No contract award will be made on the basis of any responses to this notice, as the synopsis of intent shall not be considered a solicitation document. (239)
