This will be a Combination Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity Contract. It is the declared and acknowledged intention and meaning is to secure all labor, material, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide 2 each 20 CU YD rolloff dumpsters. The contract term shall be effective for a period of (1) one year with (4) four option periods commencing on the date of award or as determined by the Contracting Officer. Dumpsters are to be completely enclosed with a door in the rear lockable. The dumpster will be used for temporary storage of asbestos. One dumpster will be located at NNMC Bethesda and the other at Anacostia Naval Station. The dumpsters will require emptying approximately 6 times each per year. The asbestos must go to an EPA approved landfill for hazardous material. The shipping document will be signed by: Generator, Transporter & Landfill & returned to C/590 in 48 hours. The bid opening date is 20 SEP 96.
