The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia, intends to acquire through other than full and open competition on a Sole Source Basis from Anacomp Inc. Indianapolis, Indiana maintenance of various Anacomp equipment including Anacomp Microsoft Duplicator Model 2124, Anacomp Microsoft Collator Model 2100, Anacomp Microfiche Duplicator Model 2224, Anacomp Microfiche Collator and Pedestal Model B501, etc. The required services will be provided from 01 October 1996 through 30 September 1997. It is anticipated that a new Firm Fixed Priced contract and/or modification of an existing contract will be utilized to fulfill the subject requirement. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
