The period of performance will be one shortened base year (6 months) with three option years. Concerns must be able to be in place and operational by 1 April 1997. The Stewart Subpost is scheduled to be divested(services no longer required) no later than 1999. Ongoing deletions of work due to downsizing prior to divestiture are expected. Concerns having the technical and financial capacities to furnish these services are requested to give written notification (including the name and telephone number of a point of contact), to be received no later than 10 days from the date of this publication.
