The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for the revision of the plan for management of the Gulkana National Wild River and/or the plan for management of the entire Gulkana River system, Alaska. Existing plan shall be revised using the Limits of Acceptable Change (LAC) process. Due to increased use of this river system, the selected contractor shall coordinate revisions to existing plan through the BLM, the State of Alaska, Ahtna, Inc., an Alaska Native Corporation, and the Alaskan public.
