supervision to perform preventive maintenance and monitoring of the
GSA-owned fire alarm system at the West Los Angeles Federal Building,
11000 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA, including the cafeteria and the
U.S. Post Office, and at the FBI Garage Annex, 1260 S. Sepulveda
Blvd., Los Angeles, CA., per the contract solicitation's specific terms
and conditions. Important note: Required certification include U.L.
Listing for protective signaling services, NICET certified technicians,
Regulation 4 testing certification from the City of Los Angeles ONLY,
current C-10 License, current C-16 License, ability to bar code all
devices, and other requirements. Estimated cost range: Between
$25,000.00 and $50,000.00. Service contract period is for one year,
with two additional one-year option periods. Even though this
procurement is open to large businesses, small and minority businesses
are encouraged to participate. Terms and specifications will be
