This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) set forth in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. See Note 1. The quoter shall provide a description (including manufacturer, brand, and model number) in sufficient detail to show that the product meets the specifications included in this notice. The quoter shall state if the product is priced Open Market or GSA (if so, state GSA contract number and expiration date.) Quotes are due 9/4/96. The quotation must include the Contractor Establishment Code, Contractor and Government Entity Code, and Tax Identification Number. THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE AWARDED ON AN ALL OR NONE BASIS.
