The Naval Submarine Support Facility New London requires two portable metal buildings for use as cover and weather protection. Dimensions: Eleven feet wide by thirteen feet long by twenty feet high. A pitched roof with louvers and roof mounted turbine vent. A minimum of one access door and one equipment hatch with key locks. Insulation value of not less than R-20. A minimum of two shelves installed in the interior. Roof and walls shall support a minimum snow load of twenty five pounds per square foot and withstand sustained winds of ninety miles per hour wind. Each building shall be moveable by crane with four point lift. Assembly and installation of each building is required at Naval Submarine Base New London CT by 11/01/96.
